Meet The Success Team

Melissa Pretorius

Director

Melissa is a proud New Zealand citizen, originally from South Africa, with over 18 years of management, leadership and risk management experience, including six years in recruitment. Since joining Success Group in 2021, she has progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Director, gaining valuable insight across all levels of the business. Her strengths include leadership, strategy, operations, finance, sales and team development. Passionate about people and strong relationships, Melissa is committed to growing Success Group while maintaining its values and people-focused approach.

Christi De La Porte

Commercial Director

Christi brings extensive experience in commercial leadership, recruitment, sales strategy and international hospitality to her role as Commercial Director. Originally from South Africa, she has held senior positions with leading brands, including Protea Hotels and The Capital Hotels & Apartments. Since joining Success Group in 2023, she has progressed from Permanent Recruitment Consultant to Senior Team Leader and Commercial Director. Passionate about business growth, client relationships and developing high-performing teams, Christi is driven by achieving results and creating opportunities for clients and candidates.

Mereana Taorei

Senior Recruitment Specialist
and Partnerships

Senior Consultant with 9+ years’ experience in Recruitment, HR, L&D, Sales, and H&S. She is a specialist in full-cycle recruitment, client relationship management, and delivering tailored workforce solutions. Mereana is results-driven, adaptable, and effective in high-volume, fast-paced environments with a strong focus on teamwork and leadership. Passionate about supporting people and businesses and committed to growing within the Auckland market

Jeanine Roux

Finance and Accounts

Jeanine is new to the team and works within Finance and Accounts Administration, bringing over 30 years of experience to this crucial role. With a strong passion for numbers and organisation, she ensures financial processes run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Known for her reliability and keen attention to detail, Jeanine takes pride in supporting the wider team through accurate and consistent work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, walking her dogs, and camping.

Salome Jardim

Senior Recruitment Specialist -
Team Lead

Salome brings over five years of temporary and permanent recruitment experience to Success Group, with a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Originally from South Africa, she moved to New Zealand in 2023 and has progressed to Recruitment Consultant and Waikato Team Lead. Known for her hands-on, people-focused approach, Salome builds strong client and candidate relationships while delivering professional, responsive and results-driven recruitment solutions. She also enjoys mentoring her team and, outside work, painting, reading and family time.

Tanya Larsen

Senior Recruitment Specialist

With people at the heart of everything she does, Tanya brings a wealth of experience across hospitality, project management, account management and recruitment within both the private and government sectors. Her collaborative nature and passion for connecting people allow her to thrive in her role as a Temp Employment Consultant. Outside of work, Tanya prioritises her family and wellbeing. When she’s not juggling the demands of motherhood, you’ll likely find her at the summit of Mauao, navigating a reformer pilates session, or relaxing beachside in a sauna.

Georgia Goldsworthy

Coordinator

With over four years of blue-collar temporary recruitment experience across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Lower North Island, Georgia brings a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Her people-focused, down-to-earth approach is built on clear communication, trust, and strong relationships with both clients and candidates. She takes pride in understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering recruitment solutions that make a difference. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and relaxing at the beach.
